The Opportunity We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on engineering capability.
You'll be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights while designing and deploying modern AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications and intelligent automation tools.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working across the full lifecycle of data science and AI projects, from identifying opportunities through to delivering production-ready solutions.
What You'll Be Doing Analyse large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
Design, develop and optimise AI pipelines and machine learning models.
Build and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI-powered assistants.
Create scalable applications using Python, SQL, APIs and cloud technologies.
Develop data products and automation tools that improve business performance.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support the continuous evolution of the company's AI and data strategy.
What We're Looking For Commercial experience delivering Data Science, Machine Learning or AI solutions.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience working with SQL and ideally No SQL databases.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Generative AI and RAG frameworks.
Experience working within Azure cloud environments.
Exposure to Databricks, Fast API or similar technologies would be advantageous.
Experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive and inquisitive mindset with a passion for innovation.
