Job Description
Data Management Analyst | Permanent | £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Pension | London (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)
A very exciting Data Management Analyst position to help support the data management office and implement the Data Quality and Governance Framework. You'll love the challenge of improving data quality and get excited by the opportunity good data brings to the company!
You'll be tasked with improving data quality whilst driving the associated cultural change, defining what good looks like, DQ Dimensions and appropriate measurement in terms of dashboards / scorecards as well as working with Data Stewards implementing standards and controls for data.
You will help build and implement Data Quality procedures and processes alongside doing route cause analysis work using SQL build scorecards and leveraging data profiling tools.
The experience you'll need
- As a Hands-on fixer of data! You'll have to be competent in using SQL for fetching and manipulating data
- Experience with metadata and Data Quality tools
- Experience helping develop and implement a Data Management framework, along with embedding policies and processes around this
- Ensure business rules and validation are fit for purpose and built into systems
- Experience working with a large and complex business – Financial services experience would be a plus
