The Role

This PPC Manager role sits within a growing digital marketing team and reports directly to the PPC Lead. You’ll take ownership of paid search activity, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising while driving performance against clear commercial KPIs. What you’ll be doing:

Your Experience

We’re looking for a data‑driven PPC specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment and enjoys taking ownership of paid search performance. You’ll bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a PPC or Paid Search role, ideally agency‑side
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills with high numerical confidence
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience with tools such as GA4, SA360, Looker, or Adobe
  • Any exposure to SEO or wider digital marketing channels
