IT Director to join its Executive Leadership Team.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the company's technology strategy, ensuring its systems, infrastructure, applications and data capabilities support both current operations and future expansion plans.
Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, you will have significant influence over business strategy while leading the implementation of technology initiatives that enhance performance, scalability and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the organisation's technology and systems architecture strategy.
- Deliver technology roadmaps through a combination of internal resources and external partners.
- Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, infrastructure, security and system performance.
- Drive the development and execution of the company's AI strategy and broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed effectively, on time and within budget.
- Manage technology suppliers and third‑party partners, including commercial negotiations and performance management.
- Ensure robust business continuity, disaster recovery and cyber security frameworks are in place.
- Support acquisition and integration activity, bringing together disparate systems and technology environments.
- Present technology strategies and business cases to executive stakeholders and the Board.
- Champion innovation while maintaining a practical focus on operational excellence and commercial outcomes.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded technology leader with broad technical expertise and experience operating at both strategic and operational levels.

- Microsoft technology ecosystems, including Fabric, Dynamics and Power BI.
- Azure Cloud architecture and infrastructure.
- Networking and enterprise systems.
- Identity and access management.
- ERP and CRM platforms.
- AI implementation and automation technologies.
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Technology governance, risk and security.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate
- Experience leading technology functions within a growing business.
