The Role

This is no ordinary Analytics Engineer role; this would suit a presales engineer or vendor solution architect with skills and experience in Natural Language Processing and LLM based products. Specifically, you will play a key role in enabling advanced AI/LLM capabilities and driving self‑service analytics across the organisation. You’ll design and implement modern data models, onboard internal customers to the analytics platform, and continuously improve the data ecosystem for scalability and accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding for analytics platforms, delivering training and technical support.
  • Enrich datasets for AI/LLM applications, including metadata management and semantic layers.
  • Monitor Natural Language Query (NLQ) performance and implement optimisation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for platform scalability and accuracy.
  • Design and develop integrated data models using DBT and dimensional modelling best practices.

Your Experience

We’re looking for a proactive, problem‑solving professional with strong technical and communication skills. 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar roles. Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and NLQ tools used in data visualisation. Power BI - Q.
