KeyResponsibilities
- Value-DrivenPrioritization:Triage,refine,andstructureamassivebacklog,mappingeveryfeaturedirectlytomeasurablebusinessandclientvalue.
- RoadmapOwnership:CollaboratedirectlywiththeHeadofDataandexecutivestakeholderstodefine,adapt,andexecuteatransparentproductroadmap.
- Client&StakeholderEngagement:Actastheprimarytechnicalvoiceforexternalenterpriseclients,translatingcomplexrequirementsintoactionableuserstoriesandclearreleaseplans.
- AgileExecution:Leadsprintplanning,grooming,stand-ups,andretrospectiveswithinadynamic,fast-paceddataandsoftwareengineeringenvironment.
- MetricDefinition:Defineandtrackproductsuccessmetrics(KPIs/OKRs)tovalidatefeatureadoptionandROIpost-launch.
