Gain hands-on experience supporting our computer systems and network infrastructure in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You Will Do

  • Providing first-line IT support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
  • Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Assisting with cybersecurity best practices and data protection
  • Maintaining IT documentation and asset registers
  • Supporting system upgrades, backups, and infrastructure improvements
  • Assisting with company website updates and digital systems where required

What You Will Need

  • Currently studying towards a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical staff
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
