We require a Yard Operative for our Cookstown depot to help maintain the yard, check machines thoroughly and assist both customers and delivery personnel with the loading and unloading of equipment. Carry out thorough inspections and cleaning of hire equipment effectively. Carry out full function and safety testing. Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles. Instruct customers in the proper use of equipment and demonstrate operation when necessary (full training will be provided). Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Experience in the operation of forklift trucks and/or scissor and boom lifts would be advantageous. Driving experience is also required.

Working Hours:
- Week 1: Monday - Thursday 6am - 3:30pm & Friday 6am - 2:30pm
- Week 2: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 6pm & Friday 7:30am - 4pm
- 41.5 hours per week plus 1 Saturday in 3 from 7:45am - 12:30pm
