DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Supervisor/Clinical Coordinator to provide life-changing care in outpatient dialysis. You can make a difference for patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. We value empathetic, compassionate care—like you would want for your loved ones.

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of dialysis experience
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Dialysis Charge RN capable
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification (preferred)
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg (preferred)
- Associates Degree in Nursing (required); B.S.N. preferred
- Training approved by medical director and CMS guidelines
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills in MS Word and Outlook
Additional details:
- Coordinate ESRD patient care
- Ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of patients
- Training may occur outside your home clinic
- Flexible schedule required

Experienced RN duties, training, coaching, leading initiatives, improving outcomes, guiding teammates, leading CQI and patient education programs.
