DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide life-giving care in an outpatient dialysis center. Position Details:
- Minimum 6 months dialysis experience required.
- Coordinate ESRD patient care: monitor lab values, vital signs, weight, and outcomes.
- Training may occur at different facilities or clinics.
- Flexibility to float across various clinics during and after training.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Supervise PCTs in patient observations, stats measurement, and machine setup.

Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least 18 months of RN experience.
- Dialysis Charge RN approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA.
- Preferred: Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
- Completion of CMS-approved water treatment system training.
- Supervisory experience and willingness to supervise preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
