About Us: At KDCUK, we design and supply German kitchens across Hertfordshire, London, and the Home Counties. We take pride in delivering exceptional quality and seamless customer journeys. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Kitchen Design Surveyor to take ownership of projects post-sale, ensuring technical accuracy and outstanding customer service from survey to completion.
The Role: You will be the primary technical contact for the client once the sale is finalized. You will manage the technical verification of the final plan, order the kitchen units with Germany, and installation coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Review: Familiarise yourself with the designer's plans, elevations, and parts lists post-sale.
- Site Survey: Conduct precise on-site measurements and run through a plan checklist with the client to verify all details.
- Plan Refinement: Adjust existing designs using Winner Flex based on survey data; prepare and email the client final plans and parts lists for sign-off.
- Ordering: Order the kitchen units directly with our German manufacturing partners upon client approval.
- Coordination: Liaise with our office to coordinate the delivery of appliances, sinks, taps, and worktops.
- Installation Support: Pass final plans to our installers, act as their point of contact during the fitting, and efficiently manage any remedial item orders if required.
What We Are Looking For:
- Winner Flex Expertise: You must be highly experienced and proficient in using Winner Flex software.
- Technical Accuracy: A strong eye for detail with a proven track record in kitchen surveying and technical planning.
- German Kitchen Knowledge: Prior experience with Schüller or equivalent German kitchen brands.
- Client Facing: Excellent communication and customer service skills to give clients total confidence.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to site surveys primarily across Hertfordshire, North/Central London, Essex, and Middlesex.
