KDC Projects is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support both internal hiring and external recruitment delivery across major Aerospace & Defence programmes. This is a fast paced, relationship driven role focused on attracting high level engineering talent, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting key customers across the sector. As well as supporting key hires internally within the business.
We’re open to experienced recruiters as well as ambitious associate level individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, and looking to build a career within technical recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Recruitment or customer-facing experience preferred
- Engineering or technical recruitment experience is a bonus
