KDC Projects is recruiting for an experienced Design Engineer to join an established aerospace engineering team in Bristol, supporting the delivery of structural design activities across a major aircraft programme.
The role will involve delivering high-quality design solutions within scheduled project timelines, working alongside Lead Engineers and wider engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheming and 3D modelling
- Metallic and composite component design
- Producing technical deliverables in line with project requirements
- Working within established aerospace design methodologies and processes
Experience required:
- Experience working within an Airbus environment
- Strong scheming and modelling capability
- Metallic and/or composite design experience
- Knowledge of Airbus methodologies and processes
- VPM / PASS experience and certification
This opportunity would suit an experienced Design Engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of their work and contributing within a multidisciplinary aircraft engineering environment.
