The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator with a proven track record in the construction sector. You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for a variety of projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy in all estimates.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates as needed.
