Are you an experienced IT Support Technician looking for a part-time temporary opportunity in the Pickering area?
We are working with an established organisation that is looking for a friendly, proactive and hands-on IT Support Technician to join its small IT team for approximately 8 weeks.
Working 25 hours per week, you will provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues, helping to resolve straightforward technical problems and ensuring users can get on with their work.
You will be the first point of contact for everyday IT queries, escalating more complex issues to the IT Manager when required.
This is a varied role where your ability to communicate with people will be just as important as your technical knowledge.
You could be setting up a laptop one minute and helping someone resolve a Microsoft 365, password, printing or Wi-Fi issue the next.
