What the Technical Quotations Coordinator job involves:
- In this office-based role, you’ll be at the heart of the quotations process for spare parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Using the internal ERP systems to verify parts and pricing details.
- Liaising with suppliers for accurate pricing on parts.
- Liaising with technical teams to identify alternative components when necessary for customers.
- Preparing and delivering accurate quotations to customers.
- Managing a busy email inbox with customer queries on parts and machine breakdowns.
- Assisting with additional team tasks including order entry, stock picking, and despatch when required.
Skills required:
- A solid understanding of manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical engineering with a technical background.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
