- What the Temporary Administrator job involves
- Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee activity, as directed.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to flexible working requests, references, and disciplinary processes.
- Utilizing HR and payroll systems as directed.
- Assisting with process reviews to enhance efficiency.
- Updating and maintaining suites of letters for employee journeys.
- Managing the main phone line, handling recruitment and general inquiries.
Skills required
- Competence with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible.
- A level-headed approach, capable of managing expectations and embracing change.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the confidence to make and save changes in documents.
