What the Sales and Marketing Coordinator job involves:
- Processing sales orders.
- Responding to customer inquiry emails.
- Providing order updates.

- Generating quotations, primarily using standard price lists.
- Assisting with marketing activities.
- Sending generic email templates to new leads.
- Making follow-up calls to identify decision-makers, and collecting information for the database.
- Creating LinkedIn content in collaboration with the commercial manager.
- Being the primary contact for incoming phone calls.
- Operating an AI automation scanning machine.
