Are you a highly organised Administrator with strong skills looking for a job where you can work in a small, stable team? Due to increased workload and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who is looking for a new role within a supportive team environment.
What the Project Coordinator job involves:
- You’ll play a key role in coordinating projects from order placement through to dispatch and delivery, working with a diverse range of customers.
- Working with various customers across the UK, Ireland, and internationally.
- Document control, including technical drawings and procedural documents, and submitting them through customer portals.
- Adhering to customer schedules and ensuring timely submission of documents.
- Coordinating with the factory to ensure production timelines are met.
- Taking ownership of orders once they are ready for production, seeing them through to dispatch and delivery.
- Arranging deliveries with customers and the dispatch manager.
- Managing your own portfolio of between 50-100 jobs/projects at any one time, to meet completion dates and stage gates.
- Communicating extensively via email with customers and internal teams.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth project execution.
Skills required:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a very organised email inbox and job list.
- The ability to think on their feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficiency in handling documentation and submitting information on customer portals.
- Able to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
- Customer-facing skills for meetings and direct communication.
