Are you an experienced HR generalist who is people focused, confident managing employee relations matters independently and supporting managers as a people partner , across multiple sites? We are working exclusively with a well-established organisation looking for an HR Business Partner to join their People Partnering team, supporting managers across sites in Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley and Hull. This is a hands-on, varied HR role where you will act as a trusted point of contact for departmental managers, many of whom may have limited HR knowledge. You will need to be confident giving clear, practical advice, explaining employment matters in a straightforward way and working independently across a broad range of employee relations issues.
