Salary: £27,851 £34,278 per annum (DOE) + 15% Shift Allowance Full-time | Aylesbury The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and versatile CNC Machinist Setter Operator / Conventional Machinist to join a precision engineering manufacturing environment.

This role would suit a skilled machinist with experience in CNC programming, setting and operating , alongside strong manual machining capabilities.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality components to tight tolerances, working from engineering drawings and technical specifications within a low-volume, high-precision environment.

You will play an important role within the production team, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.

  • Working Hours PM Shift 37.5 hours per week Monday to
  • Wednesday: 1:30pm 11:30pm
  • Thursday: 1:30pm 11:00pm

Friday: Non-working day Key Responsibilities CNC Machining Duties Program, set and operate CNC machines using G-code and/or CAM software.
