Are you a proactive and highly organised Administrator / Coordinator with strong communication skills, looking for a dynamic role in a collaborative team environment? Would you like a role where you can take ownership of your own clients, managing their priorities, requests for work to be scheduled and pro-actively looking at their account to manage any requests that may be late or missing?

We are working exclusively with our client based in the Ripon area, who is looking for a dedicated Coordinator to join their team. This established organisation prides itself on delivering excellent service and fostering a supportive culture where employees tend to stay for many years.

What the Administrator / Coordinator job involves:

  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs and tasks that come in for national accounts.
  • Coordinating with clients and external stakeholders for the jobs to take place and organise accordingly.
  • Collating information and managing client communications effectively.
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and organisations.
  • Proactively understanding client needs and their specific requirements on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Problem-solving and addressing on-the-day issues like no-shows or equipment malfunctions.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.

Skills required:

  • We are looking for a proactive and client-focused individual with a positive attitude.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • The ability to take ownership of tasks and think independently, raising ideas and flags where necessary.
  • An understanding of client needs, including why they require training and who the candidates are.

Other information:

  • Full time working 37.5 hours a week between 8am – 5pm.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 after 2 years of service.
  • Hybrid working options may be considered after an initial training period.
  • Own transport is essential due to location.
