Our client is an international business based in the Whitby area, they are currently looking for an Administrator to join their Occupational Health Team to support the Manager and wider team.
Supporting all employees with any additional needs they may have following return to work after illness, you will be managing a diary system to follow up on any subsequent appointments, ensuring that any employees are kept up to date of any follow up action that may be required. You will also be liaising with the HR team to ensure they are kept up to date with any details and that all staff records are up to date.
That’s why we are looking for an administrator who has strong coordination and organizational skills. Someone with the attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload using MS Excel and Outlook predominantly. You will also need to have the communication skills to match, as you will be speaking to people from all areas of the business as well as external agencies.
This is a full-time temporary role working 37.5 hours a week, where you will be able to join an attractive and enhanced pension scheme, as well as a number of other benefits.
