About the Company: We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Aylesbury. The Role: As a Coded Welder / Fabricator, you will join a skilled production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality fabricated products. You will work from engineering drawings, complete coded welding activities, and ensure all work meets strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out coded welding and fabrication work
- Complete quality checks including MPI / Dye Pen testing where required
- Record production information using an MRP system
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping
- Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S improvements
Certified welding qualifications and previous welding/fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment are required.
