What the Finance Manager job involves Full ownership of monthly management accounts, budgeting, and reporting Oversee VAT returns, PAYE, bank reconciliations, and liaise with external accountants Evaluate investments, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier contracts Support long-term growth through insightful financial planning and analysis This is a hands-on role that demands strong financial control and the ability to work both strategically and operationally. Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or Qualified by experience with strong SME experience. Excellent understanding of cash flow, multi-revenue models, and seasonal income Proficiency in Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms Full Time Monday to Friday On-site parking Opportunity to shape and lead the finance strategy in a progressive SME Due to the location, driving licence and your own transport is required.
