Would you like to work for a medium to large business in the Scarborough area? Are you looking to develop your accounting experience and report directly into the head of finance? Are employee benefits important to you? If you would like to work for a growing business, then this Assistant Accountant job could be what you are looking for.
You could be dealing with the pre-payments, accruals, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, statement reconciliations, as well as the profit and loss. You would be running the payroll of 140 weekly paid employees and 40 monthly employees under the guidance of the head of finance if needed. Experience in payroll is not essential as they are willing to train and develop for the right person.
Our client is looking for someone who is trustworthy and sees the importance of confidentiality within the accounts function. Someone who is able to manage their own workload with excellent team working experience who wants to work for a fun and engaging employer.
