As part of their sales team, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support their sales operations.

What the Sales and Marketing Coordinator job involves Youll play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contributing to customer satisfaction.
Processing sales orders.
Responding to customer inquiry emails Providing order updates Resolving and customer queries.
Generating quotations, primarily using standard price lists.
Assisting with marketing activities Sending generic email templates to new leads Making follow-up calls to identify decision-makers, and collecting information for the database Creating Linked In content in collaboration with the commercial manager.
Being the primary contact for incoming phone calls.
Operating an AI automation scanning machine This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a team, managing multiple priorities, and providing excellent support.
Skills required Were open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
Ideal candidates will have: Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
A professional manner on the telephone and clear communication abilities.
A willingness to learn new systems and processes, including an ERP system and social media management software.
Reliability, good timekeeping, and a team player Flexibility and willingness to undertake other tasks as needed.

Other information Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (28 days per year), with 5 days to be used for Christmas shutdown.
Option for one day a week work from home after 3 months training.
