What the Sales and Marketing Coordinator job involves Youll play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contributing to customer satisfaction. Processing sales orders. Assisting with marketing activities Sending generic email templates to new leads Making follow-up calls to identify decision-makers, and collecting information for the database Creating LinkedIn content in collaboration with the commercial manager. Being the primary contact for incoming phone calls. Operating an AI automation scanning machine This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a team, managing multiple priorities, and providing excellent support. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. A professional manner on the telephone and clear communication abilities. A willingness to learn new systems and processes, including an ERP system and social media management software. Other information Working hours 8.30-17.00pm Mon-Thurs, Fridays 08.30-16.00 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (28 days per year), with 5 days to be used for Christmas shutdown. Option for one day a week work from home after training. On-site and free car parking.
