You will be a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others, with the confidence to review work, guide the team and build strong relationships with clients. Commercial awareness is important, along with the ability to think beyond the numbers and identify ways to add value. You will also need excellent communication skills, a proactive and positive mindset, and the ambition to continue growing in your career.
