They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on a crucial role, providing essential financial support and contributing to the smooth operation of the business. What the Bookkeeper job involves:
- Managing the daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Raising customer invoices and delivery notes on a daily basis.
- Managing the invoice factoring process.
- Daily monitoring of bank accounts and cashflow.
- Payroll administration, collating employee hours each week from a clocking in system and sending to payroll.
- Matching invoices and accurately allocating payments within Sage.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of an operational team, managing multiple financial priorities, and providing excellent administrative support.
Skills required:
- Proven experience with Sage 50 would be beneficial.
- The ability to manage and allocate payments efficiently within Sage.
- Self-managed and able to work on their own initiative.
- A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to take on a range of tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping from a small/medium size business.

- Working hours are initially 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
