We are looking for a highly organised administrator who works well as part of a team and always makes sure that they do the right thing for their colleagues and also the business, looking to work either full time or part time over 5 days.
Skills required:- Fully computer literate with MS Office including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experience of using a number of other online software packages or online customer portals.
- Experience in XERO Accounting (Desirable but not essential).
- Able to learn and pick up new software and processes quickly.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Able to support a team with any requirements to make sure they can do their job to the best of their ability.
- This could be worked either full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time over 5 shorter days.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Car parking onsite. Must be able to drive due to office location.
