The Role:
KCYC Limited is seeking ambitious individuals to join our expanding team. This unique role combines high-growth solar system sales with essential utility service consulting for both domestic and commercial clients. You will help customers reduce their monthly outgoings by introducing them to integrated, cost-effective energy and utility solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Field Sales: Conduct door-to-door sales targeting residential and business customers.
- Consultancy: Understand client needs and present the benefits of integrated utility and solar solutions.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Process Coordination: Drive contract signing and coordinate the installation process for solar systems.
- Portfolio Growth: Develop and maintain your own customer portfolio while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Targets: Achieve a minimum performance target of 4 deals per month.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Β£26,000 Base Salary + Commission. Earnings: Up to Β£400 commission per completed deal with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience (1 year) is preferred but not mandatory.
