KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Part-Time Accounts Assistant for an excellent client in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Excel and be familiar with Sage and will support the finance function on a Part-Time (2 or 3 days) basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit control
  • Maintain debtor/creditor schedules
  • Reconcile bank accounts, cash account, loan accounts and supplier statements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets including fixed asset registers, accruals, prepayments, deferred income and stock
  • Support payroll/pension preparation
  • Monitor admin inbox and respond to finance related queries
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Provide general administrative support
