KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this highly successful accountancy practice on the outskirts of Newcastle, to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager. Your duties will be as follows:
- Playing a key role in delivering deals and advisory projects
- Managing a variety of corporate finance projects – business sales, acquisitions, valuations, fundraising
- Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memoranda
- Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
- Building strong relationships with clients, funders, lawyers, and intermediaries
- Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified and be commercially minded. You will be confident in preparing reports, models, and client presentations. A great communicator, you will enjoy working with clients and solving problems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be an integral part of a dynamic and driven team.
