Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
- Making daily payments to suppliers and chasing customer payments
- Matching invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Carrying out bank reconciliations
- Preparing VAT returns from information supplied
- Ensuring all accounting information is received from clients
- Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries
Qualifications
You will be AAT qualified or qualified by experience. You will be proactive and able to prioritise a changing workload. Proficiency in Cloud Accounting software is preferred.
