KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Part-Time Accounts Assistant for an excellent client in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Excel and be familiar with Sage and will support the finance function on a Part-Time (2 or 3 days) basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit control
- Maintain debtor/creditor schedules
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash account, loan accounts and supplier statements
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets including fixed asset registers, accruals, prepayments, deferred income and stock
- Support payroll/pension preparation
- Monitor admin inbox and respond to finance related queries
- Prepare VAT returns
- Provide general administrative support
