KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a highly successful business in Hexham, to recruit an Office Manager. Your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for HR administration including offer letters and contracts
- Supporting the full recruitment process and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Onboarding new employees and following up regarding probationary periods
- Managing holidays and sickness
- Managing the Employee Assistance Programme
- Responsible for visa applications and processes
- Liaising with managers regarding exit interviews
- Managing company events and conferences and dealing with all administration
- Liaising with hotels and venues and sending invites to clients
- Co-ordinating company meetings
- Responsible for insurance renewals and documentation
- Highlighting any health and safety issues which arise
- Ensuring the company continues to be GDPR compliant
- Overseeing the review of policies and changes in legislation in conjunction with managers
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make the role their own and become an integral part of the company.
