KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a qualified Senior Finance Manager on an 18-month contract basis for this excellent, dynamic business. The position is to cover maternity leave. Your duties will be as follows: Responsible for the group finance team and the development of the shared finance function Managing a team of 6 and providing guidance and mentoring Leading the preparation of year end accounts, audit files and information for the auditors Delivering monthly management accounts and variance analysis, to strict deadlines Reviewing calculations of depreciation, prepayments, accruals and other provisions Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and taking action to resolve issues as they arise Reviewing and approving monthly, quarterly and annual taxes for overseas company Preparation of quarterly VAT returns (VAT group and single company VAT registrations) including output and input reconciliations Managing the purchase ledger process Payroll reconciliations Delivering process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency Taking the lead on migration of brands to our finance system Reviewing and approving or denying change requests to purchases and staff expenses Managing intercompany recharge process and reconciliations Supporting the senior leadership team Ad-hoc reporting as required by management and other func…
