KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this excellent client in North Tyneside to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk. Your duties will be as follows:
- Supporting month-end processes by ensuring accurate sales and purchase ledger reporting
- Managing and maintaining the sales ledger, keeping all customer accounts accurate, complete, and fully reconciled
- Posting and allocating cash receipts to customer accounts accurately
- Preparing and issuing invoices, credit notes, and statements in line with agreed billing cycles and company procedures
- Reconciling customer accounts, resolving discrepancies and responding to billing queries
- Reporting on the status of accounts payable and verifying for payment approval
- Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
- Managing payment runs
You will have worked in a similar role previously and have strong IT skills.
