- Responsible for financial strategy and leading the finance team
- Production of monthly management accounts, with full commentary
- KPI monitoring and departmental performance management
- Leading budgeting and financial planning
- Preparation of the annual budgets and liaising with department heads
- Responsible for cashflow forecasting, variance analysis and profit and loss
- Reviewing accruals, prepayments, deferred income and bad debt provision
