This pivotal role is responsible for producing accurate monthly reporting, delivering meaningful financial analysis, and providing robust support.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the month-end process, budgeting and forecasting cycles, cash flow management, and financial controls, while working closely with operational teams to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities Produce monthly management accounts Produce full and accurate accounts and cashflow for management reports Review and accurately reconcile Balance Sheets Prepare and submit VAT returns Process and reconcile inter-company transactions Process accurately transactions for multiple entities Own and maintain accurate Control Accounts Process Sales and Purchase Ledgers Reconciling Bank Accounts and Credit Cards Model and calculate accurately prepayments and accruals for both income and expenditure Process payroll expenses claims on a timely basis Support year-end external audit Liaise within and across departments to resolve queries Support finance team and provide cover when required Any other relevant duties that may be requested of an employee in this role The role will suit someone...
