KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a successful, expanding organisation to recruit an Assistant Accountant in North Tyneside for six months.
Your duties will be as follows: Processing and posting invoices, receipts and payments accurately.
Posting bank transactions, reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash.
Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
Recording receipts and expenses.
Assisting with general finance administration and supporting the Finance Manager.
Administration of company credit cards.
Supporting with implementation of new PO and expense systems.
Assisting with finance transformation, including assessing processes for efficiency.
Implementing improvements and tightening up financial policies and controls.
Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and other projects as needed.
You will have worked in a similar role previously and have a strong understanding of basic accounting.
Experience with Xero and Excel is desirable and a keen interest in systems improvement and AI would be advantageous. ...
