Currently seeking a talented and experienced AV & IoT Installation Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with our Design & Development team in delivering our bespoke smart products/solutions to our customers. As an AV & IoT Installation Technician you will be responsible for the installation of our bespoke products on customer sites.
Responsibilities- Working with assigned project managers and programmers in providing complete, fully functional integrated Smart Tech and AV systems.
- Install our bespoke new systems and technology.
- Inspect and test material and machinery for safety.
- Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
- Be part of the installation, testing, and commissioning of smart systems and automation solutions and resolve onsite malfunctions.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support internal teams with documentation.
- Support with customer training.
- Support internal teams with site surveys and assessments when needed.

Requirements- Understanding of installing and commissioning assigned projects for the Advanced Visual Systems and Television Network.
- Hands-on experience in installing smart systems.
- An understanding of systems integration techniques (Integration via IP protocols, Serial, ZigBee, or IR).
- Understand audio DSP units, basic IP network, HDbaseT Technology.
- Understanding of safety guidelines.
- Happy to travel to customer sites and occasionally come to the office when needed, e.g. pick up equipment/tools.
- Full Clean, Valid UK Driving License.
- Right to Work in the UK.
