Currently seeking a talented and experienced AV & IoT Installation Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with our Design & Development team in delivering our bespoke smart products/solutions to our customers.

As an AV & IoT Installation Technician you will be responsible for the installation of our bespoke products on customer sites.
Responsibilities- Working with assigned project managers and programmers in providing complete, fully functional integrated Smart Tech and AV systems
- Install our bespoke new systems and technology.
- Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
- Be part of the installation, testing, and commissioning of smart systems and automation solutions and resolve onsite malfunctions
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Support internal teams with documentation
- Support with customer training
- Support internal teams with site surveys and assessments when needed

Requirements- Understanding of installing and commissioning assigned projects for the Advanced Visual Systems and Television Network
- Hands-on experience in installing smart systems
- An understanding of systems integration techniques (Integration via IP protocols, Serial, ZigBee, or IR)
- Understand audio DSP units, basic IP network, HDbaseT Technology
- Understanding of safety guidelines
- Happy to travel to customer sites and occasionally come to the office when needed, e.g. pick up equipment/tools.
- Full Clean, Valid UK Driving License
- Right to Work in the UK
