Senior Product Manager (Permanent, Full Time)

Are you passionate about driving innovation and delivering products that truly stand out? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Enterprise product portfolio and lead a talented team of Product Managers. You’ll manage the entire product lifecycle, work closely with stakeholders across the business, and deliver products that meet customer needs while supporting our growth ambitions. Salary – Up to £65,000 dependent on experience

Location – Carr Lane, Hull with hybrid working opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the vision and strategy for the Enterprise product portfolio.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and strategy to delivery and beyond.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop innovative products and propositions to meet customer and business needs.
  • Work with the Commercial team to ensure competitive and compliant pricing strategies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing small team of Product Managers.
  • Collaborate with key teams across the business, including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Service, to deliver outstanding products and customer experiences.
  • Maintain strong external relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including C-Level executives.
  • Ensure products are technically, commercially, and operationally competitive.
  • Achieve key success measures such as revenue, margin, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and regulatory compliance.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has senior experience in product, commercial, or marketing roles within telecommunications or similar technical industries.
  • Has a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Understands the challenges of working in a regulated environment and thrives within it.
  • Brings experience in a commercial leadership role, including managing propositions, products, and financial performance.
  • Has strong critical thinking and the ability to provide well-considered, strategic advice.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in a product-related discipline, financial economics, or a similar field. Industry experience in Information Technology, utilities, or service provision is desirable but not essential.
