To supervise and control service delivery of the trade waste department in a safe and compliant manner and in line with Company Policies and Procedures. Provide first class customer service whilst maintaining compliance with Company standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of first-class customer service.
- Day to day customer communication via telephone or email, offering support to the trade waste customer base.
- Setting up new contracts on management systems and assigning to the correct route.
- Booking in and tracking bin deliveries and Man in Van jobs.
- System administration, ensuring any notes are current and relevant for the drivers.
- Effective communication with drivers.
- Assisting with queries and customer issues.
Position Requirements:
- A good understanding of KCM or similar waste management companies is not essential but would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with people of all levels.
- Ability to work in a team & also on own initiative.
