We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to join a leading international contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in the Newcastle area. This is a key leadership position on a large-scale, turnkey data centre development with a project value in excess of several hundred million pounds.
Reporting to a Project Director, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of the project from construction through commissioning and final handover. While previous data centre experience is highly desirable, we are also keen to speak with candidates from Tier 1 main contractor backgrounds who have successfully delivered large-scale projects within the industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial, or mission-critical sectors.
