KCM Recruitment is a specialist Irish recruitment consultancy operating exclusively within the data centre construction sector across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
We are currently seeking Project Managers (CSA) to join a leading international contractor delivering a major hyperscale data center project in the Newcastle area. Candidates may come from either a civil, structural or architectural backgrounds and should have a proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects for Tier 1 or major contractors.
This is a key role responsible for the delivery of CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) works on a large-scale mission-critical project. The successful candidate will oversee subcontractor management, site operations, safety, quality, programme delivery, and coordination of all relevant activities from construction through to project handover.
While data centre experience is advantageous, we are also keen to speak with candidates who have delivered large-scale industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
