KCM Recruitment is a specialist Irish recruitment consultancy operating exclusively within the data centre construction sector across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

We are currently seeking Project Managers (CSA) to join a leading international contractor delivering a major hyperscale data center project in the Newcastle area. Candidates may come from either a civil, structural or architectural background and should have a proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects for Tier 1 or major contractors.

This is a key role responsible for the delivery of CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) works on a large-scale mission-critical project. The successful candidate will oversee subcontractor management, site operations, safety, quality, programme delivery, and coordination of all relevant activities from construction through to project handover.

While data centre experience is advantageous, we are also keen to speak with candidates who have delivered large-scale industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of all relevant civil, structural or architectural works on the project.
  • Manage subcontractors, site teams, and day-to-day project activities.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, planning, and commercial teams.
  • Oversee project sequencing, logistics planning, and site execution strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience in project management, construction management, or CSA delivery roles.
  • Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects.
