KCM Recruitment is supporting the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in the Newcastle area and we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction and delivery of this landmark development. The role will report to a Project Director, essentially number 2 on site. This is a senior leadership role overseeing the full turnkey delivery of a multi-hundred-million-pound project, managing large site teams across CSA, M&E, commissioning, and handover phases.
Data centre experience is highly desirable, however we are also keen to speak with Senior Project Managers who have delivered major projects within the Industrial, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Commercial and Infrastructure sectors.
